A3: We are a tender and friendly supplier, never greedy on windfall profit. Basically, our price remains stable through the year. We only adjust our price based on two situations:
(1) The rate of USD: MB varies significantly according to the international currency exchange rates;
(2) Manufacturers / factories adjusted the machine price, because of the increasing labor cost and raw material cost.
Q4: What Logistics Ways You Can Work For Shipment?
A4: We can ship forklift by various transportation tools.
(1) For 80% of our shipment, the machine will go by sea, to all main continents such as Europe, North America, Africa, South America, Middle East, Oceania and Southeast Asia etc., either by container.
(2) For inland neighborhood countries of China, such as Russia, Mongolia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, zbekistan,Turkmenistan etc., we can send by road or railway.
(3) For light spare parts in urgent demand, we can send it by international courier service, such as DHL, TNT, UPS, or Fedex.

Q: Can I get some samples?
A:yes,we offer sample for quality check. Considering electric bike as big item with certern value,we don't offer free sample and transportation fee is not contained in sample price.

A: Yes. Your customized requirements for color, logo, design, package, carbon mark, your language etc.
Q:About Payment.
A: Price term of EXW, FOB, CNF, CIF, DDP, DDU are acceptable.
-For bulk order, 50% deposit and 50% balance before shipment.
