1. Are you a factory or a trading company?
A:We have many years of production, research and development, sales experience of the electric bikes and tricycle factory! OEM and ODM services can be provided!
2.What's your minimum quantity of an order?
A:We have two sizes of containers.20 feet and 40 feet, LCL support!
3.What is your delivery date?
A:Delivery date is 5-15 days after receipt of payment!
4.What are your terms of payment?
A:Prepay 30% deposit, pay the balance 70% before delivery

Q: Can I get some samples?
A:yes,we offer sample for quality check. Considering electric bike as big item with certern value,we don't offer free sample and transportation fee is not contained in sample price.
Q: Can I have my own customized product?
A: Yes. Your customized requirements for color, logo, design, package, carbon mark, your language etc.
Q:About Payment.
A: Price term of EXW, FOB, CNF, CIF, DDP, DDU are acceptable.
-For bulk order, 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipment.
-About the payment term, Gravity accept T/T , L/C, West Union, Money Gram,Visa, Mater Card and etc.
Q:About Shipment
A:If you have forwarder,we can sent the cargo to your forwarder. If not, Gravity will recommend you suitable
shipping methods, such as by courier, air or sea shipment. Like DHL, UPS, Fedex, and TNT are acceptable.

A: We have a complete QC system. Firstly, all the components purchased we will test out before using; secondly, we have quality control during every step in the production process; last but not least, we check all the performance after fully assembled including road testing before packing.
